Yesh. I am highly motivated to shed some weight. Hahaha! I am sick and tired of my flabby self. I hate it that whenever I wave bye-bye to people, I have a pair of wings under my arms. Or even when I blow-dry my hair, y'know with all the swishing motion, my extra wings will also be flapping around. Highly disturbing.
I went to the gym with Samantha on Wednesday, and honestly, even I am shocked to be saying this, I do enjoy working out! @-@
Which is really retarded cos I love staying indoors with air-condition, and rot around. Yeah, that is bliss.
So yes, as I was saying I am gonna lose some weight. I came with a ZWP (Ziling Workout Plan) which is highly amateur, haha. But I believe that as I stick to the plan, I should lose some weight. If by October 17th, I have not lost a single effing kg, I'll shoot myself.
Loss of people would cut down on their food intake. I was thinking of doing that. Thinking of doing. But it seems that my body has this weird rebellious mechanism. When I tell it to "Hey, let's eat less", it seems to carve for more food, more fatty food. Today is my second day of ZWP, and I have consumed fried nuggets, cup noodles, lots of marshmallows, Shilin fried chicken, french fries, hot fudge sundae, McChicken, and coke. OH yeah, I ate a watermelon too.
ZWP doesn't seem to be working according to plan.

I think you look great!
Go Britney Go!
My new neighbour's agenda for the day is to drill and bang through my wall. Seriously, I am worried that with all the renovation works, the wall will come blasting through. This is an extremely old HDB flat. So in order to enjoy my holiday, I'm plugging in and blasting music in my ears.
Nice way to build new neighbour ties. You go neighbour!

Ruby and I were talking really randomly last night, and we got on to the topics of "Talents".
I was telling her that I was reading this article in the Straits Times about how the government is helping those who are not academically smart by helping them to develop their other talents such as athletical talents or artistic gifts.
That's cool, y'know, and the PAP did do it. They open the schools of arts, yadda yadda, sports school, yadda yadda. And for the record, I appreciate what they are doing for us. However, I don't think life is so simplified that people can be categorised as Academic, Athletic, and Artistic. There are peeps, like your's truly, who are neither good in my studies nor extremely sporty nor brillant at singing/dancing/drawing/beatboxing/mimic
It seems that "Oh, if can't do maths, then hey! You can draw! Woohoo! Oh, if you can't draw too, then perhaps you can play ping-pong? No also. Umm.....um....um...."
When I think of the word - talent, I think of being either academically smart or athletical or artistic. What if some people are neither of the mentioned? I feel that these are cookie moulds that the society has set for us. If we are none of the mentioned, does that mean that we are untalented?
Dictionary.Reference.com states 'talent' as:
| 1. | a special natural ability or aptitude: a talent for drawing |

I don't need you, you and you.
But it still feels crappy.
